My daughter Amy Bennett has used Shawn to sell her home and he has been a good friend to her and her husband. I had a medical problem and my daughter wanted to sell my home and build me my own place in her basement. She contacted Shawn and he was a great help in who we had construct my new place to live. His contacts did such a great job and made my new home a very beautiful place to live. He had many suggestions of what I need to do to get my home ready to sell.
